Joyspring: Plant-Based Immunity Boosting Products Review

Joyspring: Plant-Based Immunity Boosting Products Review

*Disclaimer: I received several Joyspring Products to help facilitate my review. All my opinions are 100% my own.

As a parent to a teenager, it’s harder these days to get her to eat healthier things. And taking vitamins is a chore too but we were lucky enough to try some Joyspring Vitamins. We received the KidBiotic Probiotic Gummies, SleepBerry, Ear Clear and GeniusDrops. I even took several of the products and here is what I loved about each one.

KidBiotic Probiotic Gummies

Have you ever taken probiotics before? For me I have and I hated each one that I took. Knowing that I have several digestive issues, finding one that works well for me has been hard. Once we received the package, I knew this was one that I needed to try. The strawberry flavor was natural tasting and it was perfect too. I took as instructed on the bottle which was 1 gummy each day. They are easy to chew and they taste great! Even my picky eater was impressed by them. These have helped my gut which is a wonderful thing considering I’ve dealt with a lot. These gummies contain DE111 which is a natural and healthy strain of the probiotic.

SleepBerry

SleepBerry is a liquid melatonin that both your kids can use and adults can too. With being only 3 mg, this is a great alternative to using pill melatonin. We have used the pill format for years and lately, Olivia hasn’t liked chewing them or dissolving in her mouth. Traveling this summer was a little different compared to previous years due to COVID but we still plan on traveling this fall. We will be taking this supplement with us on the trip because who wants to deal with a sleepy or cranky teenager. They are convenient and easy to use. These are a little different compared to others too because it also contains Elderberry in them too which we found we loved the taste. We recently gave the bottle to my parents to use with my grandma for the nights she is having trouble swallowing her melatonin.

Ear Clear

Olivia has always dealt with ear infections and we recently dealt with a double ear infection. We haven’t been able to use these drops on her because of her tubes but I have personally used them. My ears were hurting last week and I didn’t feel much like going to the doctor over it. Instead I grabbed the bottle of Ear Clear and used it instead. We have been swimming at my parents house most of the summer and so we knew that we may deal with swimmers ear and infections all summer long. We thankfully didn’t deal with many just one but I used it instead. Ear Clear contains Garlic Oil & Mullein Leaf which has been known to help with ear infections and other ear issues. This supplement is perfect to have in any medicine cabinet for all families.

GeniusDrops

As many know that we deal with Olivia and her ADHD on top of her Autism Spectrum Disorder. Sometimes I hate giving her all the medications that she needs to take in order to focus. That is where GeniusDrops come into play for us. Instead of always relying on her ADHD medications, we have been giving her GeniusDrops instead in the afternoons. While we haven’t begun our school year, it means that it will have time to build up in her system instead. These drops are perfect to help keep those focused especially with school work without having to rely on medications from the doctor. These drops are plant based and I feel much better in giving them to her without the side effects that she normally gets. I too have taken them to help me focus with work and writing blog posts for work. I have noticed that it works great for me and Olivia. It is recommend that you give these drops 2-3 weeks before your children start school.

Not only does Joyspring have these amazing products but they also have other amazing products. All their products are Gluten Free, Vegan, Non-GMO, Sugar Free and Locally Grown. They are available at both Whole Foods & Amazon along with their website. We highly recommend Joyspring Vitamins and we plan on getting more to add to our medicine cabinet!

Decorating for the Spring

Decorating for the Spring

It’s hard to believe that it’s spring because the past few days it’s been quite chilly here. I need to get my yard ready for the spring and summer too. We have been recently thinking of changing out some of our front landscaping and adding in some color. When we first bought the house a few years ago, we didn’t change anything but now that we’ve been in the house for almost 3 years it’s time to go ahead and make a few changes. The first thing that I need to do in the yard is add my little garden flag back. We had to take it down due to the hurricanes and then some nasty storms we received back in January. I haven’t put it back and now is the time to do so. I have seen several flags that I like such as the farmhouse pig one with cute flowers, but I have also seen several that I like.

The Thin Blue Line Flag is one but only because we have family members who are retired law enforcement and also secret service too. If you don’t know what the meaning of the thin blue line then here is what it means, the blue line is to represents the officer and the courage that they go through everyday. The black lines represent the fallen officers and the Line is what police officers protect, the barrier between anarchy and a civilized society, between order and chaos, between respect for decency and lawlessness. Together they symbolize the camaraderie law enforcement officers all share, a brotherhood like none other. This is something that means a lot to me and my family!

This would be a good add to our garden flag collections to show the love for law enforcement during this time that we are dealing with. For many of my friends who are married to law enforcement or anyone who is one the front lines at this time. This could be a good add to your home and share with everyone that you to support your loved ones and help support them. I have a big decision to make in finding a few flags that I like…so now comes the hard part, which one I should get or just all of them!

Mother’s Day is Coming Up!

Mother’s Day is Coming Up!

*Disclaimer: This is a sponsored post was and was paid for the post. All my opinions are 100% my own.

Do you have a special someone in your life who is a mother, grandma, great-grandma, sister or daughter? Growing up I never realized why we would celebrate Mother’s Day except I thought it was another fun holiday. But as a mom to an almost 16 year old, it means so much more. I remember when I was younger and when my granddad was still alive, he would send flowers to my grandma every major holiday to say how much he loved her. I think it may be time to send her some beautiful flowers too.

Sending and celebrating the mothers in your lives is just what everyone needs and you can also find someof the best mother’s day flower delivery in NYC! If only we lived closer to NYC than we do, but we too can find some pretty amazing flowers that would brighten up someone’s day! Who would you send the flowers to?
