Live in Concert: Chris Tomlin, Kari Jobe & Bethel Music Tour Excitement!

It’s hard to believe that this past year has changed a lot and yes even took away a lot from us all. But one of the main things that I have personally missed is going out with friends and family and seeing concerts in person. 2020 seemed like it was going to be a great year but that soon changed quickly into a not so great year. 2021 has already turned into becoming a great year and I’m even more excited now to find out the return of concerts and tours on the horizon! One of the tours that I’m most excited about is Chris Tomlin, Kari Jobe & Bethel Music!
I first learned of Chris Tomlin when I was going through my separation back in 2008 with my ex husband and a few songs really stuck with me. But my ultimate love is for Bethel Music as many of their songs have reached my heart and soul with the words. Some of their songs have impacted my life such as Reckless Love and No Longer Slaves.
You split the sea so I could walk right through it, You drowned my fears in perfect love, You rescued me, and I will stand and sing, I am a child of God.
That song helped me through a dark time in my life, where I was seeing multiple doctors and no one could tell me why I was so sick. They couldn’t tell me why I was choking on food and telling me that it was all in my head and I was making it up. As I listened to this song, it gave me hope that one day I will get answers and I knew that the Lord was helping me through it. I still love this song and still will get emotional listening to it because it has helped me know that I am a child of God and He will help me through everything I go through in my life. And when I found out that Bethel was going to be touring with both Chris Tomlin & Kari Jobe and I was going to experience worshiping in person, I became even more excited!
Chris Tomlin is another great artist that I’m excited to see live as I’ve been through a separation and divorce and now found my happily ever after, his words have spoken to me. Kari Jobe I’ve been listening to for years and love her voice as it’s so soothing. I can’t wait to see both of these artists as well.
How great is our God, sing with me how great is our God, And we will see how great, how great is our God.
