Vacation is Over

It’s hard to believe that our summer vacation is over already. We were lucky enough to stay at two different resorts this past week with some family members. We stayed at Riviera Resort which has been deemed a new favorite for me and that’s saying something there. The other resort we stayed at was Animal Kingdom Lodge – Kidani Village in a Savanna View room but we won’t talk about that one.

One thing that I have to say about that trip was how hot it was and how we wish we’d had brought something to make snow cones with. Yes, could we have bought a snow cone or shaved ice while in the parks, yes, but did we, no. I am always looking at making them myself rather than paying almost $10 for one.
