GATSBY Chocolate Review

One thing that I absolutely love is indulging in chocolate…dark chocolate especially. I have always had a love for it ever since I was young when my granddad introduced me to it. He would leave me little love chocolates if we’d go to his house after school and it was amazing. When I first learned about GATSBY Chocolate and how they were the first company to produce a low-calorie chocolate, I was super excited. I was sent the Almond Dark and immediately put it in the fridge. You can’t enjoy chocolate in the south unless it’s been in the fridge for a few days.
Olivia even tried this chocolate bar but she’s not a huge fan of almonds so that was interesting to watch her eat it. I however liked it a lot and even tried brewing a hot espresso over a few pieces of the chocolate bar…delicious!!!!
A Little About GATSBY Chocolate
As I said before above, GATSBY Chocolate is the first of it’s kind low-calorie chocolate. They are currently on a mission to building a community of chocolate lovers who deserve chocolate they can still enjoy without the worry of sugar and fat. This in my opinion is great for those who deal with diabetes as there are only 2 grams of sugar in each serving. Their chocolate bars are keto-friendly and they offer vegan varieties such as Sea Salt Extra Dark, Almond Dark and Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups.
But here’s a little fun fact about GATSBY Chocolate – it was created by the same cofounders of Halo Top ice cream!!! They wanted to find a recipe that would combine a great tasting treat with low calories. Compared to other chocolate bars out on the market they have about 90% less sugar and about 90% less fat than premium chocolate brands.
