Show Me the Father Movie Review

I don’t know about you but I love watching the Kendrick Brothers movies as Fireproof was one that pulled at my heartstrings back when I was going through my separation from my ex. They make some incredible and amazing Christian films that I’m sure you’ve heard of before such as Facing the Giants, Fireproof, Courageous, War Room & Overcomer. Now they’ve decided to change things up a little more and make an incredible documentary on fathers. It’s not what you think though on only fathers, it’s about knowing the Almighty Father that we all serve.

I watched the movie “SHOW ME THE FATHER” with Jason one night while Olivia was doing her own thing in her room, and it definitely pulled at my heartstrings again. I’m not one for watching documentary movies much that don’t have true crime in it but this one was different. It was showing how fatherhood should mirror the love that God has for all his children. We all face at times, things that we would never expect to happen including how to be a good dad. I have friends and family members whose dads might have or are never in their lives and to see them today of who they are and how strong they are you’d never know it. They are just as strong like God our Father and I have to say that anyone who has a child who is over the age of 12 should see this movie together as a family.
