Prep Dish Meal Plan Review

Disclosure: I did receive 3 months of using Prep Dish Meal Plan for free in addition to being compensated for this post. All my opinions are 100% my own!

When I first learned about Prep Dish Meal Plan I was super excited about using it. I was eager to get started with cooking healthy meals for my family and learning new dishes that I could cook. I was able to get a 3 month plan for free and enjoyed using it. I liked this plan because it is for people who are looking for delicious gluten-free and paleo dishes. I love this subscription because it helped me plan for the week that I wanted to cook and the meals I wanted to cook.

Here is how it works:

You log into your account and Prep Dish has already did the hard part for you. They have thought of a weeks worth of meals that feature seasonal ingredients to make the best meals on a budget. They understand that not everyone can afford some of the most expensive meals and they wanted this subscription to be for everyone. Along with the weekly menu, they also provide you with a grocery shopping list (how awesome this was to have) and instructions for prep day! Normally this would have taken me over the 2 hours they have already completed for us. And when it was time to start cooking, the easy to follow instructions were just perfect. I know that I personally am not the best cook in the world and I don’t like for my meals to take me all day to prep. This helped make those days that we had appointments for Olivia a lot better and more manageable.

Cooking Meals

And for when it was time to cook my meals, it only took roughly 20-30 minutes which is just the perfect time for me. I hate it when it takes longer than an hour for my meals to cook because I am the most impatient person in the world at times! One of our favorite meals that we made happened to be the Honey Mustard Chicken with Tarragon Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Asparagus. This meal we cooked often and still cook to this day! It was and is hands down my favorite meal by far.

Another recipe that we loved and still cook today would be Grass-fed Beef & Mushroom “Tacos”. I love how easy both of these recipes were to prep and make and when those days came we didn’t have a problem cooking them up. I even took one of them and used them in my instant pot which I loved doing. Sometimes I don’t have the time in the world so adding it to my instant pot helped some. I used it for Honey Mustard Pork Lion. Perfect for a day like today which is busy for work and all that fun.
