My Instant Pot

As you can all tell that I love my Instant Pot and one thing that I was glad that I purchased this for my birthday! I originally purchased the Instant Pot Lux and after using it twice I realized that I purchased the wrong one. I didn’t find that one super friendly but for many it probably is perfect for you. I did however do more research and went ahead and found out that the Instant Pot Duo was the one I should have purchased in the first place. I use my Instant Pot just about daily and I love everything that just about comes out of it. I feel like I have found my answer to my dry chicken at times and more.

I am now finding out that it is easy to come up with my own recipes and found that even my family enjoys what I make. I’m glad that I am able to come up with easy recipes and Olivia asks every week if I can make my marinated chicken. She loves this chicken and it honestly is the easiest recipe ever! I will do a post later in the week on how to make the chicken and the marinade.
