So with it being a new year and a new month, I have decided to start with a goal and keep it. No more I am too lazy to run or anything. Unless it’s thundering out and then I won’t run outdoors! Sorry but I refuse to be struck by lightning in the south! But I have made a goal of running 50 miles this month. I have already done 3.5 miles even though the picture above says 3 miles. I did another half mile and just never posted it on there. But I plan on going on a 3-4 mile run tomorrow. Yay! This should be fun! I have never done a run that long before so this should be interesting for me indeed. Let’s see how I fare tomorrow. But what are your goals for the month? Are you keeping up with what you run or walk?
