Back Problems?

I have been blessed with not having major back problems but I have several friends who are not so lucky. The only problem I have with my back is I have lower back problems that came from being in several car accidents as a kid or just because from carrying Olivia. But some of my friends have a serious back problem like Degenerative disc disease. I’ve heard it can be very painful and not fun to deal with and I pray that I never have to deal with it in the future. As for my friends I pray they can find relief soon for their aches and pains and have a healthier back soon.
