I know I talk about weight loss on this blog but I am really trying my hardest to lose this weight. I’d love to lose at least 80lbs but if I get down to just about my goal weight then I’d be extremely happy. I’ve given up on using diet pills because most of them interfered with my daily medicines and also they made me feel extremely jittery and not good. I am glad to say that I joined Weight Watchers on Monday night to help me go ahead with my weight loss journey the safe way. It might take a little longer for me to lose it but since starting my workout regimen and also eating healthier options I’ve lost 9 lbs in a little over 2 weeks. I’m sure a lot of it has to do with the water weight but still that’s 9lbs that are officially gone forever!
