This past week I’ve been very self conscious about what I put in my mouth as far as food wise. I don’t want to keep saying this but I’m tired of being overweight and I’m ready to shed the pounds and the extra weight. Well I have been very good and not pigging out on everything that I see or eat. I’ve been very good. I haven’t been working out but tomorrow it will begin again. I’ll do my workouts though in the evening and if I don’t get to workout with slim in 6 then I’ll at least walk. I have checked out some of the best weight loss products before but in my opinion I think just eating less and watching what you eat and exercising is the best thing for ya. But that’s my opinion! What do you think?
