Now that Spring is upon us, so are the allergies that goes along with it! We have been able to enjoy the weather the past few weeks and we haven’t looked twice for getting outdoors. The one thing that has been getting to our family are the allergies as they are in full force for us. I have been using my doTERRA TriEase Softgels everyday to assist with my allergies that I suffer from. I do admit I have a lot of allergies that normally wouldn’t bother everyone but it has been helping even with my food allergies and I love that. Now if I could find something to get rid of them completely great! I have also been diffusing Lavender, Lemon and Peppermint during the day to help with the stuffiness and also doTERRA’s Breathe Blend at night. Both blends have helped me out a lot and I wake up most morning not congested or stuffy.

Seems the allergies have gotten the best of Olivia as well. So I have made up a blend of the Allergy Shot (Lavender, Lemon and Peppermint and Carrier Oil) and rub it on the back of her neck, behind her ears and on the bottom of her feet. We are trying to stay as healthy as we can so I have also been applying the “flu” bomb on the bottom of her feet and my feet as well. We have pretty much stayed healthy as long as we do these few things. If I forget to add the flu bomb to the bottom of my feet for a while then I always end up sick. Thankfully that hasn’t happened! The morning time has been beautiful and this morning I got to capture the sun and a beautiful picture. I also while at Walmart today, picked up some new sidewalk chalk for Olivia to go out and color on the driveway! It’s too pretty out today to not enjoy it!
