I am still losing weight but not at the rate that I want to. So since my doctor told me I have to lose weight by my next appointment, I decided to try out several of the recipes from the “Trim Healthy Mama” Cookbook. I loved their first book explaining how it the plan works and how it will help me out but the cookbook is the one that I needed the most. I love to eat and so does my family but this is something that I need to take serious about losing this weight. Jason and I both need to lose it so what a better way to do it then by making healthy good tasting recipes from the Trim Healthy Mama Cookbook!
I love the cookies and the dessert recipes and have tried a few. Some have been keepers while others not so much for our liking’s. But we are very lucky to have to try some good recipes that are keepers. Especially for my picky eater named Olivia. She liked the Enchilada Casserole and it was just like the one that my dad makes so perfect! We can still use that recipe and fill up. Just don’t go back for seconds or thirds. Need to make sure that we cut back. This book has a lot of recipes that you can choose from. It has salads, soups, desserts, main dishes and more. I plan on sharing this book with my mom so she can help me pick out several recipes for us to try while Jason is out on the road. This would be a perfect Christmas gift for those out there who love to cook and are being health conscious!
