When it comes to losing weight, I have a difficult time doing so. I have been on those diets where you don’t eat carbs, or where you count points but sometimes it’s too much for me to count how many points each day and I forget and fall off the bandwagon. I have been wanting and trying to lose weight now for over 10 years and have not been able to get past my current weight. I don’t want to starve myself but sometimes I feel that I must just to lose the weight.
Well not with this awesome book that I have seen in the past called “Trim Healthy Mama Plan” and when I found out that I could review it, I jumped on the opportunity. I have read just about the whole book and I have to say that with the little adjustments then maybe I can lose the remaining 80lbs that I would like to lose. The authors, Pearl Barrett and Serene Allison has made a simple yet easy plan to help those of us who want to lose weight but to do it the healthy way and not the easiest way. I have enjoyed the way that the book was written in terms that are easy for me to understand and not leave me scratching my head wondering, “is this something that requires a lot of time and money to do?” I have already started cutting out certain things out of my diet and this is something that maybe with my limited things I can’t eat anyways will be easy to do! Their easy to cook recipes are even better and I plan on making several with my family. I can’t wait to begin to lose the weight and if I still can’t then I will be talking with my doctor on finding out why I can’t lose the weight. It could be a hormonal one which would make sense.
