“Growing Up Social” by Gary Chapman Book Review & Giveaway

When I was growing up, I didn’t have all the electronics that I have now or that my daughter has. I had to go outside and play with my friends until the street lights came on and we had full run on the neighborhood with all of the neighborhood kids. We could go into our friends homes and it didn’t matter whose house it was the parents would let them in. But now a days it’s different. Many kids now have tablets, iPods, Phones and Gaming Systems. I will admit that Olivia has a gaming system or two and has a tablet and lives on the either one or asks to use one of our computers. But it’s sometimes difficult to pull her away from all that social activity from her friends.

Reading this book by Gary Chapman, “Growing Up Social” has giving me some insights into how to get around it. This book will empower you with the necessary tools to help make positive changes starting today in growing up social. Through stories, wit and wisdom, you will discover how to take back your home from an over dependence on screens. Plus you will learn how to teach the 5 A+ skills that every healthy child needs to master: affection, appreciation, anger management, apology, and attention. This is such a great book that I highly recommend reading it!

Here you can view the website of the book and also view the official book trailer as well!

Now I am giving away a copy of the book to one lucky reader. Follow below:
