I’ve been on a weight loss kick lately and I have had a big success with it too. I am trying to eat healthier and cooking more at home. I made several meals the other week and it was a big success at home. I have figured that when Olivia and I move; I’m not going to have help in cooking by my parents and I will have to do it all on my own. The one thing that I have tried in the past is the hcg weight loss program. I know several people who have done great on it and lost a tremendous weight on it but I didn’t stick with it so I can’t say if it did work for me or not. I am going to stick with going to the gym and with eating better and that will be my weight loss program for me.
