Dieting

I’m thinking today to go out to town and head to Ollie’s because not only will I hopefully be able to find a few things that I’m looking for but I’m also looking for a cookbook by Weight Watchers. I did Weight Watchers about 2 years ago and lost around 30lbs total along with working out but I need to lose more weight this year. I’m not looking for diets for quick weight loss but I’m looking to change my way of eating and eating healthier things. It’s my own way of learning but it looks like I’m going to start on March 1st so that I can get healthy once and for all!
