Yes, It’s a New Year to begin something that I have been working on for a long time. I’ve been wanting to lose weight and this year is the year for me to do it. I’m tired of being a big person and I’m tired of not liking how I look. I want to get healthy for not only myself but for Olivia too. I’m ready to make a lot of changes this year and hope that I can do it all too. One of the number one things that I’m going to work on is to cut back on what I eat and try and eat healthy. I know it will be a challenge but I’m up for a good challenge. I’m going to in the next couple of days start working out again using Slim in 6 and going to try to jump on the trampoline as well more often. Yes I said Trampoline because for Christmas Olivia got a 15′ trampoline from my sister and it’s a great cardio and aerobic workout for us all. Who knew that you could burn that many calories by just jumping and who knew that you’d be sore afterwards too. Especially if you’re out of shape too. So starting on Monday I will be taking a new approach to different things by starting to eat less crap and eating something healthy. Yes I know it will be difficult especially around that time of the month but it can be done. I also this year plan on visiting Maryland more often than I have in the past year. I had only been up there 1 time in 2009 but 2010 I plan on going more often. I’m also planning on going on a trip this month…probably at the end of the month or the middle of the month. yay! So here goes to having fun this year!!!
