Weight Watchers!

I have officially started with the Weight Watcher’s Program and I have found that it’s not so hard to count the points but I am still feeling a little hungry and not filled up. For lunch today I had some Onions and Zucchini, a Lean Gourmet Grilled Chicken and 1/4 cup of rice. I did good. It was all healthy and good all in one. :o) I have even started getting my mom into it as well.

I know this is going to be a long journey for me but I need to do this for me and for Olivia. I want to be able to run around with her without getting out of breath. It’s something to look forward to doing and I have several people that I know doing the same thing. thank you to eeryone for their support!!! I really do appreciate it! It keeps me going and that’s what I need.

Today is so nice outside. We are finally getting the much needed rain to help out all the plants, trees and grass outside. I didn’t feel like watering my grass yet although it somewhat needs it. I am to lazy to go out and set it up.
